Holiday Package Booking Process

Q1.What is the amount required to hold a holiday package booking?

To initiate and hold a holiday package booking, Tango7 Aviation & Holidays collects a token amount of INR 25,000. This can be paid via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. For urgent or last‑minute bookings, full payment of flight tickets is required in advance.

Q2.What is the amount required to confirm a holiday package booking?

To confirm your booking, 25% of the total holiday package cost (minus token amount) must be paid within 1–2 days after availability confirmation.

Q3.When should I make the full and final payment?

The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to travel. If travel is within one month, full payment is required immediately.

Q4.How will I receive invoices and vouchers?

Invoices and travel vouchers are shared via email after full payment. Vouchers are generally issued 7 days prior to departure.

Activities Booking Process

Q5.How can I select activities during my travel?

You can browse activities and submit a request with details such as location, date, and pickup/drop time.

Q6.How will I receive activity booking confirmation?

A Tango7 holiday specialist will contact you within 4 working hours with availability details.

Q7.How can I pay for booked activities?

Payments can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

Q8.How will I receive activity details?

Vouchers, timing, pickup info, and contact details will be emailed after payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Q9.How can I cancel my holiday package?

Cancellations must be initiated via phone or email with written authorisation. Charges apply as per policy.

Q10.What are the cancellation charges?

30+ days: 25%
29–15 days: 50%
14–8 days: 75%
7 days or less: 100%

Flight ticket refunds are subject to airline policy.

Q11.Can I make full payment in advance?

Yes, full advance payment can be made to avoid future price changes.

Q12.Are bank transfer charges applicable?

Any applicable bank charges are borne by the customer.

Q13.Who will handle my booking after payment?

Your booking is managed by our post‑sales operations team.

Q14.Is it safe to make payments?

Yes. Payments are processed via secure, RBI‑compliant payment gateways.

Q15.Will I receive a payment receipt?

An e‑receipt is issued for every successful payment.

Q16.Can booking confirmation percentage vary?

Yes. During peak season, up to 100% payment may be required.

Q17.Are payment gateway charges applicable?

Payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by the customer.

Q18.Is EMI available?

Currently, EMI facilities are not offered by Tango7 Aviation & Holidays.
