All payments for services offered by Tango7 Aviation & Holidays must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
Payments may be made via approved payment gateways, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or other modes as enabled by Tango7. Tango7 does not store or process customer banking or card details. All transactions are securely handled by authorized third-party payment gateway providers.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by Tango7 Aviation & Holidays.
If payment is made using a third-party card or account, Tango7 reserves the right to request verification documents. Failure to provide such documents may result in cancellation without liability.
All prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is fully confirmed. Customers agree to pay the complete amount as communicated at the time of booking.
Partial, delayed, or failed payments may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes, government levies, service charges, or supplier-imposed fees shall be borne by the customer.
Once a booking is confirmed, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
This applies to all services including airline tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, sightseeing tours, transfers, cruises, and ancillary services.
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after booking confirmation. Any chargeback raised without valid grounds may be treated as a breach of these terms.
Tango7 Aviation & Holidays reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of respective third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour vendors.
Tango7 acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for any refund, compensation, or loss arising from supplier policies or operational issues.
These Payment & Refund Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
